Shipping policy

Please allow delay due to COVID-19 (updated 8-2022).

Non Custom items, please allow 1-3 processing days + 3-5 business days for shipping.

Custom pieces, please allow 3-5 processing days + 3-5 weeks for customization & shipping not including weekends or holidays.

If you choose next day or express shipping (1-3 days shipping) Please know for custom made orders, it will ship next day or Express upon completion. Once customization is complete your custom order will then ship express. Please double check shipping address. Tracking will be emailed to you prior to shipment. Custom purchases, tracking will be sent to you upon completion and ready for shipment.  Once tracking is sent please follow up with your USPS online. Our store operations is Monday - Friday.
