Returns Policy
Due to custom & sanitary maintenance, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Items are final sale.
When ordering custom pieces please be sure to double check name spelling & fonts for piece(s). Please double check shipping address. Custom pieces, please allow 3+5 processing days + 14 business days for processing, not including weekends or holidays. Tracking will be emailed to you when custom piece is ready to ship, prior to shipment. Once tracking is sent please follow up with your USPS online. Store operations is Mon - Friday.
